"Decent, but a little annoying"
It does smell close, so I’ll give it that, but there’s just something slightly off about it that keeps bugging me. Not bad overall, just not quite what I was hoping for.

"Packed well, everything arrived fine"
I ordered a couple of scents and the packaging was solid. The bottles were wrapped up really well, nothing leaked, nothing broke, which is always my main worry with stuff like this. The outside box did have a little dent, but then I opened it and everything inside was totally fine, so no big deal. There was maybe a bit too much extra paper in there, like I get why, but still. Overall though, happy with it.

"Kind of disappointed"
My order showed up later than expected — which was already annoying, and the scent just wasn’t what I thought it would be. I did reach out to support, and they replied, but it didn’t really help much.

"Turned up faster than I expected"
I order from thefragrancefoundry.com on Monday and somehow it was already at my door by Wednesday. The tracking was updating fine the whole time, and the parcel arrive in good shape, not bashed up or anything.
I thought it was going to take longer, so it was a nice little surprise. Quick and easy all round, no messing about.

"Perfect for testing before committing"
I was really pleased they offered samples, because I can’t stand the idea of buying a full bottle without knowing if I’ll actually like it. I picked a few to try first, and it made the whole decision way easier. I kind of get the feeling they probably realize most people want to test properly before spending more, which is smart.
The order arrived with no issues, and the sample sizes were actually useful, not just a tiny one-spray thing. I got enough to wear them properly and see how they settled during the day. I’d definitely use thefragrancefoundry.com again

"nice smell just wish it stuck around longer"
i actually liked the scent when it showed up, it smells really nice and close to what i expected. but on my skin it kinda fades after like 3 or 4 hours maybe. not terrible for the price i just wish it lasted longer. 3 stars for me

"A bit slow to get back to me"
Customer service did get back to me in the end, but it took a couple of days and I had to follow up once. My gut feeling is they weren’t ignoring me, just not exactly on top of it. Not a bad experience, but definitely could’ve been quicker.

For the price, I’m happy with this. The scent is nice, lasts a decent amount of time on me, and it didn’t feel like I was paying extra just for a big brand name.
The only thing that frustrated me was the waiting. I kept checking for it, and it felt like it took longer than it should have, but once it finally showed up, it was worth it. For the money, I’d probably buy it again.

I got exactly what I ordered, and there weren’t any issues. it’s kind of ridiculous that this feels worth mentioning, but after dealing with places that somehow can’t get a simple order right, this was a relief.

After placing my order, I felt like I was left in the dark forever. I had to keep chasing them just to get any kind of update, and the replies were painfully slow. Most of the time I had no clue what was going on, which was super frustrating.
